Project Summary Form  This is a general form used as the basis for several recognition awards
Letterman Award   For Ages 14 - 19    
All Star Award Form  For Ages 11 - 13          
Honor Roll Award Form   For Ages third grade - 10   
Rookie Award Form For Any 1st Year 4-H Member    

SERVICE RECOGNITION (Leaders and 4-H Members)
Presidential Service Award  For Any Age - Apply any time throughout the year

HONORS (for which 4-H Members must apply and/or qualify)
4-H Congress  Texas 4-H Congress is the premiere leadership experience for Texas 4-H members between the ages of 15 and 18 (at the time of the summer event) .  Start applying in the Spring

4-H SCHOLARSHIPS
Texas 4-H Scholarships Graduating Seniors - Due BEFORE Feb to the County Extension Office

4-H SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED BY OTHER ORGANIZATIONS
Capital Area Quarter Horse Association Scholarship For Graduating Seniors or College Students  Due by March 31st of each year
